摘要: Vehicle manufacturing technology have getting more and more progress. It is toward the vehicle body weight and high strength can be made for green developing mode. Not only the vehicle performance improving, but also the development of many of the aluminum alloy body, the aims of lightweight without losing the intensive can be achieved. It can reduce weight, save energy and increase speed. It has been adopted by many foreign advanced sports car manufactures. The sheet metal recovery technology of this advanced car body has difficulties and challenges in construction, such as forming rebounds, hot melt, and damage. In particular, the failure rate caused by the metal forming process is not affordable to technicians. Therefore, how to find the appropriate sheet metal forming model, find the best pull point, the best effort distance, get the shortest working time to restore the shape, get the best solution and reference data to solve the problem, and is the problems for the engineers and the technicians. This study will use the finite element method and engineering analysis software to analyze the shape and size deformation of the special aluminum alloy drawing of the door for the door part of the vehicle body. To verify the correctness of the finite element model and numerical analysis of this study, the simulation results will be compared with the experimental results. In addition, the thermal deformation state of the door surface is discussed, and the parameters of the processing and processing under the heated state can be used to provide reference for the sheet metal mode of the new structural material, thereby reducing unnecessary errors and losses in the sheet metal process.
