摘要：
This study primarily aims at the application of English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) in front office practice courses within the hotel industry. From the perspectives of teaching and delivery, the research aims to examine the influence of EMI on students' language proficiency, practical competencies, and overall confidence in professional contexts. The findings suggest that EMI not only strengthens linguistic skills but also enhances operational knowledge, enabling learners to perform effectively in real-world hotel environments. By integrating language acquisition with experiential learning, EMI fosters intercultural communication and adaptability-critical attributes for success in international tourist hotel markets. Furthermore, the study highlights the pedagogical implications of EMI for curriculum design and instructor training, emphasizing its role in preparing graduates for international careers. These insights underscore the strategic importance of EMI as a tool for aligning hospitality education with global industry standards and advancing students' employability in an increasingly competitive and multicultural workforce.
