The paper studies a discrete-time Bernoulli feedback queue with negative customers and multiple working vacations.The server works at a lower rate rather than completely stop service during the vacation period, after completing the service,the customer may leave the system with probabilityε(0 ≤ ε < 1) , or feedback with probability 1−εwaiting for the next service. The rule of service is the first coming first served and the working vacation policy follows exhaustive service, negative customers only remove the positive customers one by one at the end and do not stay for some time. By using the matrix-geometric solutions, we obtain the equilibrium conditions of the system, then solve the steady-state distributions and stochastic decomposition of the queue length in the system.
